This is taken on the morning of 4 September 2022. Where my girlfriend asking me to buy my homemade magnesium lotion. Which I have given sample size of it last 2 weeks. I know that she is subtly is helping me out by buying my homemade magnesium lotion. Yet I am grateful with such gesture.
This time she wanted the largest one I have. Which is 30 gm size. Introduction price is RM 30 for 30 gm magnesium lotion.
I received replacement for my sports bra padding in the evening of 1 September 2022. I choose M size and black colour. Since skin colour out of stock.
Can see how bad the tear and wear of my sports bra padding in triangle shape. The round black one is the new one.
Despite I choose round shape instead of originally triangle shape, it fit nicely in my sports bra. It really helps me to save a lot than to buy new sports bra.
What I notice is by using sports bra, I do not need to remove it when doing x-ray. As it does not have undewire, adjustment buckle or even hook. So I am able to proceed with my attire without need to change to x-ray cloth.

This is taken on the evening of 1 September 2022. Where finally I get to put label sticker to my homemade magnesium lotion.

I am using shea butter and magnesium flakes as main ingredients for this magnesium lotion. It is good for someone who is having magnesium deficiency, or sleeping problem (insomnia), restless leg syndrome (RLS) and so on. So far, I am able to see improvement in my sleeping disorder. Also helps to ease my muscle pain and cramps especially during menstrual.
Despite what has been happening to me, I still need to work and move as needed. Which I do consume pain killer as needed. And I do know no one will help me unless I help myself. As I am the sole breadwinner of my house that still needs to tend after my precious cat, Furball. Can just hope and pray for better health and future for both me and Furball.

This is taken on the morning. I managed to make version 2 formula of my homemade lips and face balm. This time I add surfactant (stabilizer) and honey from my stingless bees.
The output in 3 containers: 90.1 gm+54.7 gm+258.5 gm = 374.3 gm

I am making this as one of my customer already finished the one I have provid earlier last 15 April 2022. Among the provided is 141.6 gm in used Vaseline container, 2 unit of small 5 gm container and in 1 unit of 30 gm container. Last my customer around 4 months with such supplies.

The accident was around 3.50 pm on 26 August 2022 [1]. What happens is:
Wet road condition after rain.
Lost steering control.
Panic as see 3 motorist ahead.
Press brake damn hard.
Tyre lock.
Then skidded.
Many asking if I drive too fast at that time.
Based on accident scene revisit (13 September 2022)= no tyre marks at all on the road towards the tyre marks on the land area at the side on the road. Which only means I drive at the correct speed limit.
And I also notice tyre marks on the land at side of the road, around 50 meter before my acciddent scene. Which only means there is other car that skidded in the area.
The look of me after being pulled up by those rescuers at the back, They do wait until one of my friends comes over. I am really grateful and thankful to them. Without them, I will still be in the car until God knows when. They do offer to send me home. But thankfully I did not take the offer. As my house key was thrown out of the car into the drain during the car crash impact.
My friend who take this photo was really surprised to see me like this. As I am in 1 piece, and my clothes still intact without any blood seen anywhere on me. Can even speaks properly when being asked questions. I am also grateful for being conscious after the accident happens. Which enables me to call my friends immediately. And then straight away call Etiqa insurance.

This happens in the evening around 3 pm plus. I lost control of the steering while cornering on damp/wet road.
Thankfully I am safe without any serious injury. JJust some small cut on right hand. Slight bumpy head, impact from thrown over. And massive neck muscle sprain.
I am grateful that I did not run over any car or motorcycle or cyclist.

Just made this new batch from third formulation of massage oil this morning. I am using special oil that consists chiefly of the terpenes (+)- and (−)-α-pinene, (−)-β-pinene and camphene.
