This is taken in the morning of 1 November 2021. Where despite I get 6 hours and 40 minutes, I get less 30 minutes of deep sleep and less 40 minutes of REM sleep.
Best is to get more than 1 hour of deep sleep and 1 hour of REM sleep. As I end up feel very sleepy around 1 pm. Despite I have taken 2 cups of coffee drinks before 11 am.
Till then, have fun in tracking your deep sleep and REM sleep daily.
