Pressure cooker is my suggested cooking tool for those who start to live on your own.

After using Elba pressure cooker since 2017, I am able to see how convenience this cooking device to assist me in daily life [1]. I have experimented a lot of dishes using the Elba pressure cooker. Able to produce good tasty food in a short time with the correct steps and techniques. It have the capability to assist in cooking various types of food. Both modern and traditional.
I have once rented a house where it does not have cooking stove since it prohibits cooking. With excuse it will dirty the kitchen. I end up buying Kenwood multi cooker last 2010 to cook simple dishes [2]. Such as frying nuggets, fry burger patty, fry keropok ikan, chicken porridge, fried rice and fried egg. Wish I would know about pressure cooker earlier. Would definitely save a lot of my time, money and effort in cooking my meals.

I am able to cook various dishes using Elba pressure cooker. Such as:

• Beef soup [3].
• Frying nuggets [4]. Means you can fry burger patty.
• Green beans porridge [5].
• Nasi lemak [6]
• Marinated chicken [7]
• Custard bread pudding [8]
• Pengat pisang tanduk (sweet banana porridge) [9]
• Pumpkin cake [10]

Meeting my high school senior in wedding event.

This is taken in the afternoon of 7 September 2019. I was attending wedding event in Dewan Jubli Intan, Johor Bahru. Wedding of son to a pair of lecturer in School of Electrical Engineering.

I was sitting to this lady beside me. Since she looks very familiar, I start asking her if she study in UTM or Kolej Matrikulasi Melaka. She said no to both. Then I asked where is she from. She is from Peserai. Then I asked, which school did she go. It happened that she study in Sekolah Menengah Tun Aminah (SMTA) in Batu Pahat. And she is senior 1 year above me.

She is a mother to one. And wife to one of lecturer in School of Electrical Engineering.
It is quite nice to have such surprise reunion after leave the high school  for almost 19 years.

Meeting with ex-UTM student for PhD study.

This is taken in the evening of 6 September 2019. It is a casual meeting on opportunity for him to do PhD in UTM. He is 1 year senior above me. Also ex-research assistant (RA) to Dr Zulfakar during my final year in UTM in 2007. He is currently works as lecturer in Kolej Kemahiran Tinggi Mara (KKTM) Muar.

So far, the meeting did open his eyes and mind for bigger picture in having PhD certificate in life and for business opportunities. The best part is, he did not even waver when PM Dr Ahmad Zuri arrive to the meeting place. As most ex students will start feeling nervous and keep quiet. Which I myself cannot understand why. As both of the lecturers never bite students😂.

New flower bud to my sweetsop/sugar apple (nona) plant.

This is taken in the morning of 29 August 2019. It has been almost 3 months after the last flower bud.

Hopefully it will grow well and become a sweet fruit like my first sweetsop/sugar apple (nona) fruit last 24 June 2019 [1].

Pretty look of my terung asam/terung dayak (Solanum ferox Linn) fruits.

This is taken in the morning of 29 August 2019. I think it is after around 8 months I planted it outside my house area.

The fruits of my terung asam/terung dayak (Solanum ferox Linn) finally started to grow well after around 3 months it started growing flower buds [1]. Its other name is hairy-fruited eggplant. The fruits is very hairy. The leaves also hairy with sharp thorny spikes.

It is said that this terung asam/terung dayak (Solanum ferox Linn) fruits is good to be put in asam pedas and sambal.

Cooking my frozen bingka ubi batter for breakfast.

This is taken last 3 September 2019. My brunch and tea break food = bingka ubi (sweet desert made from cassava/tapioca). The batter is balance from the one I have made earlier last 16 August 2019 [1]. Where I have frozen it in my freezer and put it in pressure cooker to cook this morning.
Regardless it does not look pretty and presentable, but it still have the nice solid taste and texture of original bingka ubi.

Crispy dry roti canai for my tea break.

This is taken in the evening of 29 August 2019. I like this type of crispy dry roti canai compare to oilier ones. Now I have found 3 places that able to give such output consistently in Skudai area.

My review on perfume Flowerbomb EDP from Victor & Rolf.

This is taken last 2 September 2019. This perfume falls under category oriental floral type. For me it is powdery sweet yet fresh scented perfume. I am using it today as I feel craving to use strong sweet scented perfume. It has been almost 1 year since I last using this perfume. Since most of the time I feel it is too sweet and cloying to wear in hot, humid weather in Malaysia.

My review on perfume Fantasy Twist from Britney Spears.

This is taken last 9 August 2019. Pictures of my Fantasy Twist perfume bottle from Britney Spears. I bought it last 2014 after saw the advertisement. Since I feel worth to buy the combo as I am satisfied with the sweetness of Midnight Fantasy perfume scent and intended to test Fantasy perfume.

For me Fantasy perfume is a sweet yet slightly sour kiwi scent. Quite refreshing sweetness as the sour scent mellow the sweet scent from being cloying. Surprisingly it compliment well my body butter Raspberry scent from The Body Shop.
Midnight Fantasy perfume is colder version of sweetness of night orchid with visible black cherry scent. It was like colder and darker version of Fantasy perfume. This scent of Midnight Fantasy perfume are much more richer and higher on elegant side compare to Fantasy perfume.
For me, ladies in their 20s will appreciate Fantasy perfume while ladies in 30s and above will appreciate more Midnight Fantasy perfume.
Both perfume Fantasy and Midnight Fantasy is EDP type.

The look of okra fruit bud.

This is taken in the evening of 27 August 2019. Where the okra flower petal just dropped after blooming yesterday. Today, the okra fruit bud is visible and looking healthy. This is planted outside my work place area last 25 July 2019. Thankfully it survive the past 2 hot weeks.
