The look of my pengat pisang tanduk (banana) cooked in the lab today.

Manage to use 3 from 5 biji (unit) pisang tanduk (banana) fruit to make pengat pisang today.
The look of finished cook pengat pisang tanduk.

I only used the pisang tanduk that marked in number 1, 2 and 3.
The look of used 3 biji (unit) pisang tanduk (banana) fruits.



In process to peel clean the bananas.
1,251 gm after peel off.
Cooking process.

Used tendon/beand mode in my Elba pressure cooker.

Barley and sago.

Soak them for a while 



Adding brown sugar for sweet taste.
Finished cooking after 34 minutes.
Seems like decision to bring pressure cooker to cook does contribute a lot to get fast and good food outcome. Till one of the lab member wanted the recipe to cook some as his mother birthday food. After he see how simple the cooking process is.

Discussing to get refill as the first helping is not enough.
Pose with the pengat pisang tanduk.
Come for second helping.
