The pretty look of my ubi goreng (fried tapioca).

This is taken in the evening of 17 August 2019. Finished the cooking process after 1 hour and 22 minutes. 4 times frying tapioca coated with flour. Still crispy after 1 hour it is fried. The inner part is very soft and tender.

Other ingredients used to flavour the tapioca before frying it: freshly harvested 1 stalk of curry leaves and few cloves of garlic.

The look of the tapioca coated with blended garlic and curry leaves.
Coating the tapioca with flour for crispy effect.
The look of the freshly fried tapioca, still hot out of the frying pan.
The look of the drained fried tapioca from cooking oil.
Does worth the experiment with the recipe. Love the taste and texture of the ubi goreng (fried tapioca). I do fry the garlics bits and pieces used in the mixture. It does taste delicious. It will definitely deter vampires away due to especially the last ones since it is soaked well in the garlic and curry leaves mixture.
The experiment is done in my attempt to reduce the side effect I have after consume tapioca last time. Such as bloating stomach and aching body. Since tapioca falls under cold food category that caused cold wind bloating to my body. Have to learn to cook food in a customized way since I have problems enjoying them via normal cooking method. Will see how is the effect tomorrow morning.
Till then, have fun in frying freshly harvested tapioca at home.
