This pisang nangka (banana) fruit is given by my generous girlfriend last 17 June 2019.
Picture is taken using my Samsung J7 Prime with lighting assist from my video light.
It smells sweet and nice like ripe nangka or cempedak (jackfruit) [1].
Since it is already ripe and soft, I think maybe suitable to make cekodok or jemput-jemput pisang (fried banana balls). The colour remains in green when it is ripe. Unlike the rest of banana that normally turns to yellow colour when it is ripe.
Till then, have fun in experimenting suitable dish for pisang nangka (banana) fruits.
