My perfect half boiled eggs using pressure cooker

This is taken in the evening of 25 March 2020. Where I am craving for half boiled eggs. I decided to use 2 eggs and pressure cooker to cook it. I put both in my 2.5 liter pressure cooker [1]. Add 80 ml water. Then I choose function keep warm. Leave it for 30 minutes.
Please take note that this cooking method only suitable for those who are willing to wait and wanted hassle free in making it. This is just me who love to do experiment under worst case scenario condition. This method suits those who is unwell, less energy, have to multi task and elderly. Also for those who prefer consistent outcome like me. Do proceed with normal method for faster result.
The result of half boiled eggs after 30 minutes as per my preference: 3/4 solid yolk with runny white. I have also mastered consistent half boiled eggs. This is the same consistency as per the one I made last 15 September 2019 [2]. Doable with correct formula and tool. All thanks to my precious 2.5 liter pressure cooker.

Steaming jantung (heart/inflorescence) pisang raja (banana) using pressure cooker

This is taken in the noon of 25 March 2020. Where I decided to steam the harvested jantung (heart/inflorescence) to my pisang raja (banana) using pressure cooker. It weigh 420 gm. I add grated garlic, 2 cm pandan leaf and water. Then I choose function steam, texture mild for 9 minutes. The jantung (heart/inflorescence) pisang raja (banana) fit nicely into my 2.5 liter inner pot.

Olaf ice cream with vanilla and chocolate flavour

This is taken in the noon of 17 March 2020. A day before restricted movement order commence. Where I get to eat tasty Olaf ice cream during the hot blazing weather. The flavour stated vanilla and chocolate. But for me the chocolate is more like milo taste than chocolate. Still it is delicious yet cheaper than chocotop ice cream from McDonalds.

Cooking keropok lekor (fish sausages) using my 2.5 liter pressure cooker

This is taken in the evening of 24 March 2020. Where I happen to have keropok lekor (fish sausages) in my freezer. Decided to cook it using my 2.5 liter pressure cooker [1].
Please take note that this method is only suitable for those who is unwell or have less/no oil stock at home. Definitely not for those who is not within either type of people. Do proceed with normal cooking method for faster result. This is solely self experimental purpose for me.
I leave the frozen keropok lekor (fish sausages) it for almost an hour to let it defrost. Then I wash using vinegar mixture as I am out of tamarind to remove the fishy smell. Then I grate 2 garlic to season it and give extra fragrant.
I use function rice, texture mild for 16 minutes and unseal the pressure valve. I let the pressure valve unseal as I wanted to be able to open the lid and turn around the keropok lekor (fish sausages) so that it will seared evenly. No oil used for this cooking method. After 4 minutes, I check the keropok lekor (fish sausages). Found it already sticking to the non stick inner pot. Decided to seal the pressure valve and let it cook. At this point of time, it already give a nice smell. All thanks to the grated garlic.

Cooking my frozen marinated chicken using my 2.5 liter pressure cooker

This is taken in the noon of 22 March 2020. Where I just dump my frozen marinated chicken in my 2.5 liter pressure cooker [1]. I do  not use any oil in the cooking process. I choose function bean/tendon, texture mild for 30 minutes. Then I leave my 2.5 liter pressure cooker alone to do my other task.

The look of my seedless Eksotika papaya

This is taken in the evening of 18 March 2020. Where I was surprised to see there is not a single seed found in the ripe 627 gm Eksotika papaya. As normally the seeds will be at least 30% filling the inner hollow middle part of the papaya. Well, it does save me time from deseeding the flesh.
It taste sweet and juicy. Definitely good for kids and those who have sore throat and toothache. Since it is also soft in texture.

The pretty look of my blooming jasmine flower

This is taken in the morning of 21 March 2020. Where I notice one of my jasmine flower just bloom with very fragrant smell. 
Another flower bud that may bloom tomorrow. 
I decided to harvest it to add into my barley soup drink. As I feel would be a waste to just enjoy the fragrance.

Making barley soup

This is taken in the evening of 20 March 2020. Where I cook barley soup for my tea break. Ingredients used is goji berries, Chinese dates, barley, red beans, green beans, peach gum and water. I use double boiler technique in my 2.5 liter pressure cooker using function rice, texture rich for 19 minutes [1]. It cooked nicely despite the red beans and green beans is not pre-soak before cook.

Process of cooking marinated chicken and steamed rice

This is taken in the evening of 13 March 2020.
The used ingredients to marinate the chicken. I harvest various planted leaves outside lab as marinate condiments such as rosemary leaves, Cuban oregano leaves, curry leaves and ginger leaves. Then I add grated garlics and red onions. Followed by salt and soy sauce.

Cooking steamed rice using lunch box. I add 2 pandan leaves to the rice mixture.

My cute unicorn hair clips

This is taken last noon of 11 March 2020. My 4 unit of unicorn hair clips. I use it to neatly clip my shawl in daily basis. My own way to prolong lifespan of my precious shawl. I like this hair clip type a lot since it has saw type teeth that gives better grip, ensure my shawl intact and in place all the time.

I just put all ingredients before I take my bath. By the time I finished my bath, the dish also finished cooking. Very convenient and no worries compare to leave it cook on stove.

My bare face in the end of work day

I know that I look not much presentable. Well I was too tired and have no energy at all to put on my 3 steps minimal make up. As I was struggling with my menstrual pain of first day. I could only put on my usual skincare steps. With sunscreen and lip gloss. Well, by this time my lip gloss long gone faded.

The look of first fruit to my durian belanda (soursop)

This is taken in the morning of 11 March 2020. The first fruit to my durian belanda (soursop) after the first flower is out last 8 July 2019 [1]. Basically it took 8 months and 4 days or 248 day till one of the flower able to become the first fruit.
This is after 916 days or 2 years, 6 months and 4 days planted in my house area [2]. It is planted on the small land area size 2 feet wide opposite of my house last 8 September 2017 [2].

However I need to start spray my home made organic pest control. As able to see large whitefly already attached to this new durian belanda (soursop) fruit. It could suck out the nutrients from the new fruit and disturb its growth.

The lovely look of leaves from germinated mandarin orange seed

This is taken last 8 March 2020. Where I am happy to see 1 more sprouting green stem from second seed of mandarin orange. Feel very happy to see the first seed already bear its third leaf. After almost 2 months time it is germinated.

As for me, it is never an easy task to grow lime or lemon or orange from its seeds. But it is still possible. That needs a lot of time, care, patience, effort, discipline and dedication.

Delicious kuih Cek Mek Molek and Lompat Tikam.

This is taken last 1 December 2019. Where I have  the opportunity to enjoy good kuih Cek Mek Molek and Lompat Tikam [1,2].
The look bitten kuih Cek Mek Molek [1]. It is a sweet delicacy made from sweet potato. The mashed sweet potatoes will be mold and deep fried. Where the middle part have melted sugar. Makes it taste sweeter. Definitely not for most people.
This is kuih Lompat Tikam [2]. It is made from rice flour and coconut milk [2]. The red ones is glutinous rice. It also being poured with melted brown sugar to give sweet taste.

My pretty red mulberry fruits

This is taken in the morning of 5 March 2020. Where I am able to harvest 2 units of my red mulberry fruits. This is the one planted outside my house compound.
It taste just nice. Not too sour as the colour have turned slightly deep red. As the sweet ones will be darker red in colour. The length is around 2.5 cm.

This is taken in the morning of 5 March 2020. Where I just notice first lime fruit to my lime plant after 3 years and 18 days it is planted. The look of the lime plant last September 2017 [1].
Feel satisfied after quite a long wait. Seems like my new mixture of home made fertilizer works well and suits for it to bear fruit.
