This is taken in the noon of 15 May 2020. Where I just received safely my precious Philips HD 2137 pressure cooker. After 5 days from its ordered date. It is ordered after a very thorough and long consideration. Despite new other pressure cooker brand and model in the market. My aim is to be able to cook rice, fried rice, fried mee and fried mee hoon within 3 minutes using it. So that me and my cats able to have fast home cooked meal regardless I am in my lowest condition.

Harvesting my pisang lemak manis (banana) fruits
This is taken in the evening of 27 May 2020. Where I just notice one of the pisang lemak manis (banana) fruit already turned to yellow.
It does feel nice to be able to get fresh fruit supply in the week of Aidil Fitri. The fruits is fully emerge from the heart last 7 April 2020.
Seems like it took less than 2 months for the pisang lemak manis (banana) fruits to be harvested.

Cooking rice with meatballs
This is taken last 13 April 2020. As I was hungry and wanted to make simple dish for my meal. I decided to put meatballs in my rice and cook them together. In order to save used cooking utensils.
I used my travel cooker to cook this dish [1]. The rice and meatballs cooked well. I enjoy it warm with a little sprinkle of soy sauce.

Harvest of the day: mulberry fruits, jasmine flowers, bunga telang, asparagus and kemangi leaves
This is taken in the morning of 13 May 2020. Where I went down earlier to feed my cats after a heavy rain. I manage to harvest 6 mulberry fruits, 2 jasmine flowers, 2 bunga telang, asparagus and 4 kemangi leaves.
I used the jasmine flowers, bunga telang and pandan leaf to make hot drink for my iftar. The drink smell really fragrant of jasmine flowers scent. Quite a nice drink to have. I do add brown sugar in the hot drink for my sugar intake of the day.

I choose to wrap the durian belanda (soursop) fruits so that I will be at ease from it to be attacked by pest. Prevention is way better than cure for this matter to me. Although it takes effort,time and strength to do so.

The look of my healthy germinated chili plants

One of my friend suprise with my effort in collecting the chili seeds. As she said she does not have the patience to do so and wanted the cooking process to end as soon as possible.

Cleaning up my pomegranate plant from white flies infestation
This is taken in the evening of 7 May 2020. Where I manage to clean the branches and leaves to my pomegranate plant. Which being heavily infested by white flies.
I use warm mixture of home made organic liquid and dish washer sponge to scrub off the white flies from both branches and leaves. Quite a tricky procedure since the pomegranate branches has lots of thorn.

If you look closely, my fig plant look healthier with larger and greener leaves. Both planted at the same time. The difference is the person who is taking care of the plant. Both of us using kitchen waste as fertilizer during this MCO. But somehow mine thrive better.

Wrapping 9 of my durian belanda (soursop) fruits
This is taken in the evening of 6 May 2020. Where I manage to spare time to wrap 9 unit fruits to my durian belanda (soursop) tree. Still left around 5 more fruits to be wrapped in next session. But I need to bring out and use my 10 steps ladder. As they are way up and further from reach.
The circumference base of the durian belanda (soursop) is 27.5 cm. Not too huge in size.

My iftar food: nasi goreng (fried rice) with beef burger patties
This is taken in the evening of 26 April 2020. Where I make nasi goreng (fried rice) with beef burger patties. I use my 2.5 liter pressure cooker to cook my nasi goreng (fried rice).
Although it is a simple meal, for me it is sufficient enough to fill my stomach and give me energy. My body is adapting well with simple meal during this Ramadhan month.

My late supper of steamed rice,hard boiled eggs and beef burger patties
This is taken last 2 May 2020. I was quite lethargic that day. So I decided to just drink hot tea with ginger for my iftar. And cook my dinner after Maghrib prayer. I just cook steamed rice, hard boiled eggs and beef burger patties using my 2.5 liter pressure cooker [1].

Making nasi goreng (fried rice) using my 2.5 liter pressure cooker.
This is taken in the morning of 19 April 2020. I just feel I need to have nasi goreng (fried rice) for my breakfast.
I use function steam, texture mild for 7 minutes.
The look of the nicely cooked nasi goreng (fried rice). Taste just nice for my preference. What matter is I am able to cook it myself using uncooked rice grains without need to use cooked rice.

Making garlic bread using my 2.5 liter pressure cooker
This is taken in the morning of 18 April 2020. I was craving for garlic bread. Fortunately I have bread loaf, garlic and margarine in hands. I just use my 2.5 liter pressure cooker as it is the easiest kitchen tools for me.
Do take note that I am taking advantage to make experiment making garlic bread using pressure cooker. As later it would be easier if I need to make fast food when at work next time. This is the time for me to conduct experiment of simple and fast food for daily consumption. Would be a good practise, cost and time effective.
Please proceed with your stove for faster cooking method and outcome.

Making fried mee hoon (rice vermicelli) using my 2.5 liter pressure cooker
This is taken in the evening of 17 April 2020. I decided to make fried mee hoon (rice vermicelli) since I am craving for it. I used my 2.5 liter pressure cooker as my attempt to experiment cooking using it within less than 10 minutes time [1].

- Harvesting pisang emas (banana) fruits last 6 January 2020 [1]
- Nona ungu (purple sweetsop) last 31 January 2020 [2].
- Mulberry fruits last 10 February 2020 [3].
- Pisang lemak manis (banana) fruits last 30 March 2020 [4].
- Solo papaya fruit last 30 March 2020 [5].
- Pisang raja last 5 April 2020 [6]. Total 6 sisir/sikat (bunch) with 89 biji (unit) pisang raja (banana) fruits.
Feel nice to see such achievement despite current restriction movement order. I am blessed for being able to have fresh fruit supplies in daily basis. With at least mulberry fruits.

24 cm diameter of my pisang raja (banana) stump
This is taken in the evening of 16 April 2020. Before I start to chopped the stump down for the fourth time. The stump is 24 cm diameter. Quite thick.
Still left a little bit more to clean. Might take me 2 more time to finished it off. It is crucial to clean up the stump of harvested banana tree. As it helps to promote growth of the rest of its offspring. Also to keep the offspring healthy from pest attack.
