My cubic shape power extension with 4 power ports and 2 USB ports

This is taken in the evening of 20 November 2021. Where I tested the received cubic shape power extension with 4 power ports and 2 USB ports.

It works perfectly well and able to charge my Samsung A11 phone using its original charger.

I decided to choose this type of power extension as my mini extension already breaking apart and in dire of refurbishment [1]. Which is quite a lifespan after using it for nearly 5 years. Since this cubic shape power extension is the smallest size and compact as I could get. Hopefully it will last longer with me.

No data recorded for heart rate when smart watch left 19%

This is taken in the morning of 10 November 2021. Where I notice in the evening that my smart watch no longer update recorded data of heart rate. Despite my attempt in trouble shooting it. The battery level left 19% when I leave house in the morning.

The smart watch only start updating heart rate data by 10.40 pm. My nap also not recorded. I am not sure why this happens. Still I am glad that my smart watch able to track my sleep last night. The main thing that I really needed when I set and purchase my smart watch.

Although I get only 59 minutes of deep sleep and 42 minutes of REM sleep. Still better than no deep sleep at all. I wake up for toilet break 3.12 am. Then unable to fall back asleep for 2 hours and 2 minutes.

Vitamin B complex that I consumed when needed

This is taken in the noon of 17 November 2021. Where I drink vitamin B complex supplement. As I was having hands tremor and heart arrhythmia.  

 

I do feel much better after consuming it. It is advisable to check with your medical doctor or practitioner before consuming such supplement.

Using vernier caliper to measure replacement charger for my electronic device

This is taken in the morning of 3 November 2021. Where I manage to use my plastic vernier caliper to measure the size of DC jack male pinout. In order to get correct size of charger replacement.

Why I love to use word "fumed" and get ask about it

This is taken in the morning of 24 October 2021. Where I was asked on the used word "fumed" when I used it in my whatsapp chat. I immediately asked my boyfriend, Mr Google and give the screenshot to the questioner.

The word might seems jargon, but for me it is subtle and conveys the meaning well. I think I am now influence by British style of English in conveying my rage, anger and frustation. As for me it does makes me feel that I look more elegant, stylish and high class despite I am angry😬. It is just me.

My simple make up for day travel trip

This is taken last 18 November 2021. Where I manage to put on make up before went for travel day work trip to MJIT UTM KL [1].

I put on my 3rd batch homemade lips and face balm after wash my face [2]. Then put on sunscreen. Then I powder my face using loose powder. Then I do my eyebrows using dark brown eyeshadow. Then I put on eyeshadow on my eye lids. Put eyeliner using dark brown eyeshadow. Shading my nose using brown eyeshadow. Put on blusher. Then finished it off with pink lipstick. 

I do use my 24 LEDs ring light and my unbreakable mirror to assist my make up application [3,4].

My huge size of harvested mulberry fruits

This is taken in the morning of 23 November 2021. Where I manage to harvest 8 unit of organic mulberry fruits. This is the size after I experiment with one homemade fertilizer.

It was freshly harvested. I just was it off with tap water. Then eat it as it is. No need to worry. Since I do not use chemical pesticide. 

I am really satisfied with my new formula of homemade fertilizer. As I am able to get between 4 cm to 4.5 cm long of mulberry fruits size. Please take note this is only typical mulberry or people called it mulberry kampung. It is very robust.

This is also from my SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) of care for this mulberry plant. Which is effort to plant→pray→effort to put fertilizer every weekend→effort in taking care of it from pest attack using organic approach→pruning→end with another pray or tawakal.

Can also use usual SOP that typical people normally do→plant→let God take care of the planted plant (biar Tuhan jaga pokok)→will definitely get harvest of mulberry fruits size half of raisin, if you are lucky😑.

Even got one bird keep on coming to eat it. After google it, the bird name is Yellow-vented Bulbul [1]. Hardly to be able to take picture of the bird in action. Since it will run away when I am within 10 feet distance.

Recorded swimming data from my smart watch

This is taken last 6 October 2021. Where I get the opportunity to swim after quite a long time. I also manage to track data from my swimming session using my smart watch. 

What does SWOLF mean? Starting with the basics, what does SWOLF mean? Essentially SWOLF is an abbreviation for SWim gOLF. This magic SWOLF number will help bring more science to your swim training and improve your performance. It is a swimming metric designed to help measure swimming efficiency [1].

Regardless, I am still studying what actually the recorded data means. Will update more once get better understanding. At this moment, I just keep the data here foe easy reference later.

A good nasi lemak for my breakfast

This is taken in the morning of 20 November 2021. Where I manage to enjoy good nasi lemak for breakfast. After unable to eat it last Saturday.

Duofilm Solution from Stiefel for corns and calluses

This is taken in the morning of 8 November 2021. Where I saw this Duofilm Solution on my friends coffee table. I do tell my friend that I do remember using that Duofilm Solution religiously every single day during my high school year. I use it on the corns on my hand and feet.

I do remember I use clean nail clipper to clip clean the corn area. Then I immediately put on this Duofilm Solution. It does sting a lot, but I have to bear it to make it go away. It takes time, but I manage to clear the corn until now. I do remember on of my friend being cut without  anesthetic to take off her corn. And it cost her RM 40 including stitching. Since hers quite deep the roots of the corn. Lucky me for being cheapstake and scary cat. I think I finished around 2 to 3 bottle of the Duofilm Solution before my corns cleared for goods.

This is taken in the evening of 18 November 2021. Where we went to meet retired UTM lecturer, Mr Zuraimi after finished our noon meeting. Mr Zuraimi retired last 2017.

Can see Dr Sheikh Nasir open his laptop, searching for microprocessor lab question after finished his portion of satay.

Can see how both of them very dedicated to the subject microprocessor that they teach. It is something only those who have passion in teaching do. As it is not part of their KPI also to discuss teaching subject in dining area.

2 items bought to curb my hair fall issue

This is taken on the morning of 29 October 2021. Where I end up buying these 2 items in Caring Pharmacy in Nusa Bistari area. After went to 2 branches of closed Magicboo shop in Taman Ungku Aminah and Nusa Bistari.

Both items got offer. So I just grab it after a good check up. Hopefully both will helps with my hair fall issue. Will update review on both in my next month entry. Shampoo for hair fall control 340 ml from TRESemmé and Elseve Extraordinary oil 30 ml from Loreal

My current earphone for daily usage

This is taken in the morning of 3 November 2021. Despite I have been using the earphone for almost 2 weeks. I just have preference for this type of earphone. Since it is earplug type.

Whenever I am using this type of earplug earphone, I always wonder why people like to spend a lot of money to install good high quality sound system in their car. Something I can never grasp the understanding of it. As I since way back, prefer earplug earphone than a good speaker. As I prefer to enjoy sounds alone by myself. I prefer no one know what song I am listening to😅. Maybe I am just a very stingy and selfish type of person. Or I just do not others to criticize my song selection. Since I am listening to song like System of Down, The Offspring, Kylie Minogue, Madonna, Britney Spears and etc. As I have once being told that Madonna is a slutty bitch when I talk fondly about her. That is a total turn off for me and I do stop talking about things I like to others. Just will write in here. For those who might read or appreciate for such.

I do enjoy my music through this earphone even when I am working. But I make sure to use low volume and put on the earphone loosely on my ear. So that I am able to hear better while working. In case my so worker asking for something.

This type of earphone does helps me to enjoy instrumental type of music like violin, cello and etc.

Burning scented IKEA candle in the restaurant

This is taken in the noon of 12 November 2021. Where I burned my scented IKEA candle in the restaurant [1]. As too many flies flying around all over. I used my torch lighter to light up the candle [2].

At least now I am at peace when the flies subdued. Meaning I need to make sure to pack the IKEA scented candle in my work outside bag later. I prefer to solve problem myself than send complaint to the restaurant personnel.

Drinking hot water infused with bunga telang (butterfly pea flowers) and chopped lemongrass (serai)

This is taken in the evening of 11 November 2021. Where I manage to harvest 2 butterfly pea flowers (bunga telang biru) and 1 stalk of lemongrass (serai). No sugar added. Advised to finished it while it is still warm. As you might regret drinking it when it is already cold😬. Since it will have maung or disgusting taste. 

I manage to get good deep sleep after drinking this concoction. 

Disclaimer: please check with your herbal practitioner personnel before drinking such concoction. Especially those who have other sickness and under prescribed medication. As herbs that works and suits me, might not work for you.

Details of my 4 hours and 42 minutes sleep

This is taken in the morning of 11 November 2021. Where I only get total of 4 hours and 42 minutes of sleep.

I wake up 2 times. Then only get 23 minutes deep sleep and 3 minutes of REM sleep. And my body does feel sore when wake up. Due to lack of deep sleep and REM sleep.

And I am extremely sleepy by 11 am.

Making new batch of my lips and face balm

This is taken in the morning of 9 November 2021. Where I spend time to make new batch of my lips and face balm for new order. This is basically the 3rd batch [1,2].

Price is RM 10 per 5 gm container of these homemade lips and face balm. Price excluding delivery. Can inform if want to order 10 gm (RM 25), 50 gm (RM 30), 70 gm (RM 35) size of this homemade lips and face balm.

I am using my new 250 ml glass beaker for this session. Really satisfied with the size of this 250 ml glass beaker. Just the nice size for my production amount per batch. Since it is near to full to the brim if using my previous 100 ml glass beaker [3].

The look of finely melted ingredients. I do use thermometer to monitor the temperature during meeting process. In order to get exact melting temperature for the used ingredients. Since the melting temperature for cocoa butter is between 32 and 34°C.

I make sure to add argan oil and vitamin E after the melting ingredients in lower temperature. In order to retain its benefits. 

I manage to fill in 5 containers 5 gm, 1 container 76 gm and 1 container 10 gm of this homemade lips and face balm. 

I get to deliver to one of my customer who is in recovery stage after operation on bladder. She did mentioned that her ageing skin still feel dry and flaky. Despite have used facial mask earlier in the morning. Hopefully my homemade lips and face balm will be able to help her to get smoother and well moisturised skin. As one of my customer already gives verbal feedback on the homemade lips and face balm. Saying that her skin is well moisturised despite sleeping in fully air conditioned room the whole night. 

I am really grateful to have the opportunity to learn in making my homemade lips and face balm. Since I am able to help those who have ageing skin issues like me. 

Suggested sequence to use this homemade lips and face balm:

1. Wash face with facial cleanser.

2. Apply toner.

3. Apply serum.

4. Apply this homemade lips and face balm.

The look of leaf buds on mulberry cuttings

This is taken in the morning of 6 November 2021. The mulberry cuttings was gifted last 29 October 2021 by one kind hearted gardening companion. Type of mulberry cuttings is Morus alba – White Mulberry and Black Austurkey Mulberry.

This is the one germinated in gardening plot.

These others germinated at my home.

Can see clearly the leaf buds after 9 days it is germinated directly on soil. The one germinated at my home, I do soak them in my homemade growth hormone for at least 8 hours before planted them directly on soil.

Hopefully it will all grow well. Since I suppose to make graft out of the gifted mulberry cuttings.
