My huge harvest of asparagus shoot.

I manage to remember to harvest my huge asparagus shoot this morning. It is 16 to 19 cm long. 

There are 2 more asparagus shoots that I am able to harvest next week.

The most important part is the asparagus shoot is planted organically. Which is free from chemical fertilizer and pesticide. Enable me to consume it immediately after wash it.
