My banana cake using my ripe pisang lemak manis.

I am using around 21 units of my organic pisang lemak manis to make this banana cake yesterday [1]. I do add my rose petals from the organic rose flower that I harvested last 10 September 2018 [2].

So far, I have shared with 22 peoples. Still left half of the cake with me. Most of them said it taste better than cucur or cekodok or jemput-jemput pisang [3]. As the texture of the banana cake is soft, moist and rich of banana flavour. Since I am using ratio 2:1 banana and flour.
Glad to get such positive reviews. As I am having difficulties in the baking process itself using the cooker. Using my recipe, you can even bake the cake mixture using rice cooker. Good enough for someone like me.
This is much better than sharing the banana fruits itself with others. As more people able to eat it in cake form.

Update on 1430:
One of postgraduate foreigner student who does not eat banana, love my banana cake very much. Such a satisfying feeling for being able to help him to enjoy banana in other form such as cake😉.
