Residents Association and Security fees = part of cost that everyone forgets in a property

I happen to read back this article from starproperty.my dated 5 September 2018. The article title is costs everyone forgets to budget for when buying a property [1]. Where the second point is Residential Association and Security fees. Refer to image below.

Seems like it is a very crucial problem. As the article also urge for property owner to remember to put budget for Residential Association and Security fees.

This is summary of the maintenance status of my residential area. Updated 8 October 2018 on 9.59 pm by one of the committee [2].

As you can see here, there are 34% from the residents in this residential area that did pay their maintenance fees.
Makes me wonder, why they choose to buy gated guarded area when they do not even want to pay the maintenance and security fees? Yet, they wanted tip top security patrol. Baffling yet true.
Please be reasonable and helps to do your part for the residential area by paying your maintenance fees to enjoy the security patrol.

Till then, please helps to spread such awareness to your surrounding on the importancy to pay for maintenance fees in your residential area.
