3 container of total 1,323 gm of kerepek pisang raja (banana chips).

This is taken in the morning. The outcome after spend non-stop 1 hour and 30 minutes😅💪. Even manage to feed my cats 3 times during the process.

From 4,744 gm of raw pisang raja (banana) fruits to 1,323 gm of kerepek pisang raja (banana chips).

I only kept top left one for my Aunt and process the rest 3 sisir/sikat of pisang raja (banana) fruits.

Side effect of the process = darkening and sticky hands and nails from banana sap during peeling process. As I do not use glove during peeling process. It is not a pretty sight.
