Fresh ginger and applemint to curb my menstrual pain.

Since I am having massive menstrual pain since yesterday, I decided to try make herbal drink consist of fresh ginger and organic applemint leaves.
The look of my herbal drink: the applemint leaf and fresh ginger.
I add some honey for taste. I drink it around 11 am plus. By 4 pm, my menstrual pain completely subsidies. It does feel good when the menstrual pain is away.
Fortunately I didn't get any menstrual cramps. Would be harder to move to get fresh organic ingredients from my house compound.

Till then, have a good time drinking herbal drinks for your menstrual pains.
