Making banana cake using the ripe pisang 40 hari (banana fruits).

I manage to spare time to make the promised banana cake using the given pisang 40 hari [1].
The look after 21 minutes under 0.3 mode cake using Elba pressure cooker [2]. I used pressure cooker this time since it is not fully cooked using bread maker last 12 September 2018 [3].

 The used ingredients:
10 unit ripe pisang 40 hari = 945 gm.
Using 0.5 gm spearmint leaves for extra minty taste.


600 gm banana cake dough in the pressure cooker pot.

Using 0.3 timer in cake mode.
Still in cooking process. Hopefully it will turned out well.

Update 1729:
Despite the cake did not raised much due to lack of raising power from soda bicarnonate and baking powder, my cats does enjoys them very much.
Can see how much they love munching on the freshly baked banana cake.
Till then, have fun sharing good food with others.
