41 gm of harvested mulberry leaves for my tea drink today

Actually I am trimming my organic mulberry plant this morning. Instead of just throw away the trimmed leaves or make compost out of it, I decided to kept it to make my herbal tea drink later.

I leave the harvested mulberry leaves on my car hood as I am going for breakfast this morning with my friend. The best part is, the leaves already half dried after I reach home from breakfast. So now left for me to wash the leaves and dried it back in process to make herbal tea out of it.

The mulberry tea leaves has 25 times more calcium in comparison to the milk. It has ten times twice the fiber of green tea and more iron than spinach. It was used for the thousands of years in China as a medicinal herb. The health benefits provided by the Mulberry Tea are:
