My lunch today is nasi lemak with fried egg and sambal hitam

I manage to cook nasi lemak using my travel cooker at home today [1]. Since I am do not have much energy left, I decided to eat the nasi lemak with sambal hitam that I have made earlier last week [2].
I fried egg using my non stick pan. Which I use 1/4 tbs of margarine to help the fried egg easier to flip. Which turn out well done.
All taste nice. It is a good combination. However, I do think I should make my own red  sambal for nasi lemak later for next consumption stock.
